Universal Power and Control, Inc., based in Carol Stream, Ill., regularly works hand in hand with Johnson Controls in the Chicagoland area. This Tech In-fill job was performed at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill., and Universal installed a temperature control system that electronically controls all HVAC systems.

Johnson Controls recently complimented Universal on Lead Foreman Jim Keegan’s work on this project.

Jim is an IBEW electrician at Universal, and he is reliable, organized and highly efficient. He also furthers the excellence of the education of future leaders of the IBEW as an instructor on behalf of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC).
