PowerForward DuPage is pleased to offer the following online safety courses to IBEW Local 701 members:
OSHA 30 Hour class
OSHA 10 Hour class
Confined Space Training
Asbestos Hazards Training
Lead Awareness in Construction
NFPA-70E Refresher for Managers and Electricians
Respirable Crystalline Silica in Construction
Scissor Lift Training (Classroom portion only, hands on also required)
PowerForward DuPage pays for these courses in full as soon as we register you. For that reason, a deposit for the full cost is required before you will be registered for an online class. After you have successfully completed the class, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you are interested in taking any of the above courses, please complete the Online Safety Course Request form below and return it to us with your deposit. Please make your check payable to “LMCC dba/PowerForward DuPage” and mail it to 28600 Bella Vista Parkway, Suite 2006, Warrenville, IL 60555. If you do not complete the class or fail the class, your deposit will not be refunded to you.

Once we receive the completed request form and deposit, we will register you and email you your username, password and link to begin the course at your convenience. Please be aware that once you have been registered, you must start the course within (30) days. Failure to do so will result in the PowerForward DuPage office deleting your course enrollment from our account and you will have to re-register with us.
