The Illinois Tollway has opportunities for companies of all sizes to perform construction work for Move Illinois: the Illinois Tollway Driving the Future 15-year, $12 billion capital program. PowerForward DuPage members are encouraged to explore these opportunities.
While there are several large construction contracts, the Tollway is creating “unbundled”, smaller contract opportunities. The Tollway has the following upcoming contract opportunities:
– Unbundled Contracts – Construction contracts with values of less than $5 million.
– Small Business Set-Aside Program – Construction contracts, generally with values of approximately $1 million or less, to be awarded specifically to small businesses as part of the Tollway’s Small Business Initiative.
To qualify for the Small Business Set-Aside Program, firms must:
– Generate gross revenues of $10 million or less annually
– Be enrolled in the state’s Small Business Set-Aside Program
