In 2020, Connelly Electric partnered with architect Antunovich Associates and general contractor W.E. O’Neil Construction on the first-ever rental apartment development in the Village of Oak Brook. The 263,000 SF, 17 story, Class A, high-rise multifamily development with 250 luxury apartments offers spacious one, two, and three-bedroom units with high-end modern finishes. It is scheduled to be completed later this month.
Located at the epicenter of the 16.5-acre Oak Brook Commons mixed-use master plan being developed by Hines, the community will sit directly adjacent to a new 0.7-acre public park named The Pitch. Residences will average a gracious 1,055 SF and will offer upscale finishes and fixtures.
The development will feature an elevated resort-style amenity deck with a heated pool, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, and a public lawn. Additional amenities include a high-end private fitness center, indoor sports lounge with a golf simulator, library, expansive dog run, modern package facilities, significant bicycle storage, and 420 parking stalls within a secured private parking deck.
