PowerForward DuPage was pleased to co-sponsor the Illinois Tollway Construction Opportunities Meeting on June 12, 2013 at PowerForward DuPage in Warrenville to learn more about the Tollway’s $12 billion, 15-year capital plan. Paul Kovacs, P.E., chief engineer of the Illinois Tollway, provided an overview of the plan, explained how to prequalify for job bidding opportunities, as well as highlighted the programs and resources available to small businesses, including the Small Business Set-Aside Program. About 75 people attended the event that was co-sponsored with CISCO and the Illinois Road and Transportation Builders Association.
