The IBEW Local 701’s Women’s Committee recently made over 70 handmade valentine cards for the children and families staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Winfield. This is the fourth year the committee has made cards, when founding member Debbie Erbach first started what has become a much-loved annual service project.
