Local municipalities, commercial property owners & managers, and community business leaders recently gathered for a breakfast forum hosted by PowerForward DuPage – POWERing Forward and Charging Ahead: The Demand for Electric Vehicle Infrastructure.
Speakers included Edith Makra, Director of Environmental Initiatives, Metropolitan Mayors Caucus; Tim Milburn, Managing Partner, Green Ways 2Go; and Philip Roy, Director of External Affairs, ComEd. Each gave insightful presentations about what steps are being taken to ensure our communities are EV ready as key policies such as CEJA (the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act) drive demand.
